My Bridge

MY BRIDGE PROJECT EXPERIENCE

.

.

.

I’ve always been fascinated by

computers and technology but thefear of coding have prevented me from even attempting the process…It is like a mysterious and daunting task, only meant for the geniuses…

However, upon completion of the 6 weeks learning Phase of Bridge Project Bootcamp organized by Joyce Nwanochie,I’ve learnt that coding is not as scary as I thought it was ……Infact it’s actually quite fun..

My bootcamp taught me the basics of HTML,CSS and JAVASCRIPT…..These are the three core languages of the web and they’re essential for building any website or web application….

At first I was a bit overwhelmed by all the new information but as I started to practice,I began to understand the concepts better…

One of the most important things I learned in the Bridge Project is that coding is a process and we create solutions for mankind through it..

It takes time and practice to become good at coding . There’s no such thing as a perfect code and many makes mistakes. The most important thing is to learn from your mistakes.

Right now I’m all excited as we have rounded off our 4 weeks of CAPSTONE PROJECT,where we will learnt teamwork by collaborating with other professionals to achieve our goal and put to practice what we have been taught to solve a problem…..

I’m grateful to our tutors especially Tonie Victor who was patient with us, answering our unending questions with all joy and calmness….

I won’t end my story without appreciating our Convener, Joyce Nwanochi thank you for giving your best to this program….

Cheers!
